White River State Park selects Borshoff
Park to take fresh look at its branding and marketing
INDIANAPOLIS – White River State Park and the IMAX Theater have awarded new marketing contracts to Indianapolis-based communications firm Borshoff. Eighteen firms – most from Indiana, but with one from Salt Lake City and one from Silver Spring, Md. – responded to the Request for Proposal initiated by the Park.
“We were very pleased with the quantity and quality of the responses we received from advertising agencies and marketing firms,” said Bob Whitt, executive director of the White River State Park Development Commission. “It speaks to the increasing profile of the Park. Many good candidates put a great deal of work into their proposals and presentations, and for that we are grateful.”
Borshoff will assist the Park with marketing and branding initiatives to build awareness about all of its venues. Borshoff will partner with EchoPoint Media for media planning/buying, and with Jen Schmits Thomas of Jen Thomas PR, Inc., who has led travel/tourism media relations efforts for the Park for the past 12 years.
