Borshoff brings clients together for international recruiting dialogue

Representatives from RW Armstrong, Eli Lilly and Company and Specialty Coating Systems recently came together for a luncheon to exchange ideas and find solutions to one of their most pressing issues: international recruiting. Finding out how others locate quality employees who can travel anywhere, and also how to retain those already working abroad, was a major topic of discussion.

“Borshoff is the common denominator for these organizations,” said Karen Alter, senior vice president. “As their communications agency, we brought them together to exchange ideas and network on this important, pressing matter. We plan to continue holding these meetings quarterly and are looking at ways to expand the forum and allow other voices and ideas to join the discussion.”
