Borshoff bonds at staff retreat
Beneath a beautiful sky and the falling leaves of Eagle Creek State Park, Borshoff employees navigated their way through the woods with maps and compasses, learning new things about their coworkers as they searched for designated checkpoints. Employee teams learned about leadership and teamwork under the guidance of Jeff Coates of TrueNorth & Associates.
The annual Borshoff Staff Retreat took place earlier this month. Employees spent the first half of the retreat discussing ways the firm is living and continuing to work toward its vision and mission. The annual retreat is a great way for employees to connect with coworkers outside the office.
