Borshoff’s Baby Program Makes Headlines
Indianapolis Woman highlighted our “Bring Your Baby to Work” program in an online story in February on the magazine’s Web site. The program began in 2000, and since then several babies have shared office space with their parents. Babies must be six weeks to six months old to enter the program.
Principal Susan Matthews says, "It's a great retention tool. It focuses on the well-being of our employees, and when they're feeling good about their family, they can be more productive."
