Borshoff professionals counting carbs one bite at a time
The 500 Festival Mini-Marathon is a major sporting event for many runners. Borshoff employees are celebrating Saturday’s upcoming race by hosting a mini food pitch-in lunch. Borshoff staffers are getting creative with their miniature entrees. Employees bringing in foods high in carbohydrates get “extra points.” Several staffers have participated in previous races and plan to cross the finish line again on Saturday.
