Shoopman Home Building Group expands in Noblesville
INDIANAPOLIS – Shoopman Home Building Group has acquired 23 new home lots in the Horizons Community of Cumberland Pointe in Noblesville, Ind. In the past year, Shoopman has added more than 200 lots to its portfolio of properties, positioning the company for the resurgence in new home construction. The new home developer currently builds homes in 18 Central Indiana locations.
The one-third acre lots in its newest location are surrounded by 21 acres of common area, including a park with a tree preserve, a large playground, a picnic shelter, walking paths and nature trails, and a lake overlook.
