25th Anniversary

Celebrating 25 years!

In our line of work, we are constantly looking forward. But on the occasion of our 25th anniversary, we’d like to take a moment to look back.

Twenty-five years ago, Myra Borshoff started a journey. On October 1, 1984, she opened the business in a small office with one partner, one admin assistant and one client (St. Francis Hospital). And it didn’t take long for people to recognize her talent and her potential. As her client list grew, Myra began surrounding herself with a talented and skilled staff. In 1990, Erik Johnson joined as principal, and in 1997, Susan Matthews (who had been working with Myra since 1985) was also named a principal.

Each and every year, the momentum continued and the company grew. Not just to be bigger, but to be better. The successful work that the company was doing began to attract larger clients and highly experienced employees. It was growth that was planned and success that was expected. In 2007, as the company began rebranding itself again, Jennifer Dzwonar was named principal.

Today, twenty-five years later, we are Borshoff. We are 43 employees strong, and serving clients of all sizes in all industries. We look forward to the future, and fully expect to continue this journey by adhering to our common vision of utilizing an integrated, team approach to provide strategic, creative communications.

It’s been a spectacular 25 years. We look forward to the next 25 and the challenges they will bring!
