Employee communication

City National Bank decided to upgrade its computer system after 21 years, its primary goal was to make the conversion invisible to its 200,000 customers. This meant that bank's 700 employees had to understand and embrace the new system. To promote employee acceptance, Borshoff created "Otto" — a simple cartoon character — to personify the new system. Otto is delivering critical messages via colorful in-branch posters, a coordinated e-mail series and a bright postcard series.
