In 2005, the Carle Development Foundation launched "New Heights," a five-year, $25 million capital campaign. The case statement illustrates the impact Carle has made on patient care because of generous gifts from the foundation. By featuring these moving patient stories, community leaders and potential donors are able to see firsthand the results of their philanthropy.

Just two years into the campaign, more than $21 million has been raised, accounting for more than 87 percent of the goal.
