When it was announced in 2003 that Indianapolis' first true luxury hotel, Conrad Indianapolis, would be built on a high-profile corner in the heart of the city's downtown, there was quite a buzz.

The Borshoff team was brought on board to plan all special events, as well as to plan and execute public relations activities, for the hotel's opening, starting with the celebratory topping-off ceremony in June 2005 through the grand opening events in May 2006.
