Plugged In newsletter

In support of IPL's new branding initiative in 2008, company leaders worked with Borshoff to develop a range of customer-focused communications. One of the most impactful tools is "Plugged In," a bi-monthly newsletter that contains timely, helpful and actionable information and programs that can save customers time, energy and money. Enclosed with monthly invoices for IPL's approximately 450,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers, the newsletter also helps support IPL's positioning as a progressive company that cares about, and is involved with, the community.
