Borshoff has worked with Indiana Youth Institute since its inception to promote its "C-3 initiative," which helps Hoosier students and their families find a wide range of information about choosing and paying for college. Borshoff developed communication efforts to drive students, parents and counselors to sister sites TripToCollege.org and DriveOfYourLife.org for resources on career options, finding the right Indiana college, saving for college and applying for financial aid.
