Borshoff worked with RW Armstrong, a global engineering/architectural firm, to re-brand the company to reflect its rapid growth and international exposure. Borshoff created a brand strategy, including a position statement and key messages, as well as a new logo and tagline, corporate identity guidelines, international business system, proposal package, website, capabilities piece, corporate brochure, advertisements and recruitment materials.
Since the launch of its new brand, the company has tripled its workforce and negotiated and landed new multi-billion dollar projects.
