Recruitment ads

Borshoff helped RW Armstrong develop an international recruitment strategy to secure engineers and architects for multi-faceted projects in countries across the world. Our strategy was to position RW Armstrong as a company offering once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. The full-page recruiting ads featured an international project and the headline, "rwarmstrong.com/opportunity." Along the side, we listed the cities where RW Armstrong has offices in English as well as several other languages, demonstrating its international presence. Prospective employees were taken to a targeted Web site, where they found additional information about the projects, the culture and the opportunities.
The company has doubled its number of employees due in part to these recruitment strategies.
