At Day of Dance, women of all ages and their families enjoy a fun-filled day of music, dance instruction and health screenings. We have assisted St. Francis Hospital with Day of Dance planning, execution and media relations for four years. In 2007, we helped with dance instructor research and coordination, material creation, media relations, logistics and more.

RESULTS:

• More than 230 people attended and wore pedometers, logging enough steps to walk from Indianapolis to Gatlinburg, Tenn.  
• Two local TV networks promoted the event in advance.
• The Indianapolis Star covered the event and ran a post-event story.
