Wishard Senior Care Campaign

Senior Care at Wishard is a growing program, offering services rivaled by top hospitals nationwide. To raise awareness of these services and staff, Borshoff created a strategy to educate patients and caregivers in the community. Aging adults and caregivers have many questions, but are often confused about where to find the answers. Our campaign centered on a comprehensive Web site resource where information is easy to obtain and understand. To drive seniors to the site, we created a print and online ad series, as well as a radio spot, featuring familiar questions seniors might ask.

The payoff? www.LivingLongerBetter.org. By using questions as the entry point, we positioned Wishard as the expert in providing the answers. The campaign launched in September 2009 and is receiving an influx of phone calls and Web site visitors.
