- Able to focus on the smallest details
while keeping track of the big picture
- Able to identify

to take the lead and manage the agency workflow process and handle
resistance with professionalism
- Comfortable in a team
environment
- Level-headed problem-solver
- Flexible
and able to build successful relationships with many different
personalities
