The "Help is Here Express" bus and Montel Williams are the face of a national program created to streamline pharmaceutical assistance programs. In April 2006, both joined Sidney Taurel, CEO of Eli Lilly and Company, and Ken Johnson, Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), for an Indianapolis event. PhRMA called on Borshoff to coordinate logistics, notify partners and the community, and garner media coverage for the visit.  

RESULTS: Montel Williams conducted media interviews on three local radio affiliates the morning of the event and was interviewed live on WTHR-13 (the NBC affiliate) during the noon broadcast. Local print media also covered the event where more than 200 people learned about the programs and received help applying for assistance.
